This Privacy Policy statement is made for the Pagoda Classics which is the brand name of the
company Žac-Jelovečki-95 d.o.o. (collectively, “Pagoda Classics,”we”, “us” or “our”) and is
effective as of 25th May 2018.
This privacy policy explains the types of personal data we collect and how we collect,
process, store and otherwise use information about you; and on your rights in relation to
that information:
Pagoda Classics specializes in high-level, detailed classic car restoration, sales, transport, and
it also offers car hotel facility as well as the maintenance.
We are proud of more than 25 years of experience and privilege of working with classics like
Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Lamborghini, BMW and other highly
respected brands.
During this period, more than a hundred vehicles have passed through our high-quality
restoration process and the car showroom. At our new modernly equipped facility situated
in Adamovec (Zagreb, Croatia) we provide high-quality restoration and offer all essential
services your classic will need to get in perfect condition.
Our team gathers a variety of qualified experts with a shared passion for perfection, devoted
to fulfilling highest expectations in restoring classic cars to better-than-new condition.
In this privacy policy, these terms have the following meanings:
“Employee” is a person hired in Pagoda Classics; it can have multiple duties. For managing
personal data there are few people that have it in the job description.
“Personal Information” means any information that identifies or can be used to identify a
Contact or a Visitor, directly or indirectly. Examples of Personal Information include, but are
not limited to, first and last name, date of birth, email address, gender, occupation, or other
demographic information.
